Kangan Institute and the Hume Tech School acknowledge Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung peoples of the Kulin nations as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, learn and work.

We also acknowledge that Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people were our first inventors and scientists, whose knowledge systems continue to inform innovation today. 

We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognise and honor their continuing connection to Country, community and culture.
